By downloading or using Racing Box, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services terms that apply to your download and purchases. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Racing Box provides
Racing Box is an independent motorsport utility for schedules, session times, standings, results, circuit weather signals, local reminders, and Home Screen widgets. It is informational only, does not require an account, and does not provide official live timing.
Free information and Racing Box Pro
Schedules, standings, results, and weather information remain available to view in the free app. Racing Box Pro charges only for additional Home Screen widget presentations and personalization; it does not sell ownership of third-party race or weather data.
Racing Box may offer an auto-renewable monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store displays the price for your Apple Account storefront before purchase. A monthly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account. Apple processes charges, cancellations, and eligible refund requests.
This non-commercial website does not sell products or process payments. Any Racing Box purchase remains separate from the website and is processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase.
Data availability and accuracy
Racing Box uses third-party data services and may also show bundled or cached information when a service or network is unavailable. Session times, results, standings, and weather can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or changed. You should verify time-sensitive information with the relevant official organizer before relying on it.
Permitted use
You may use Racing Box for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property and independence
The Racing Box name, original interface, app code, and original graphics are owned by YAO CHENG unless otherwise stated. Third-party racing series, team, driver, circuit, provider, product, and trademark names remain the property of their respective owners.
Racing Box is independently developed and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any racing series, team, driver, circuit, or data provider. References are used to identify the information presented and do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer and limitation
Racing Box is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not intended for safety-critical, wagering, financial, or operational decisions. YAO CHENG does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data and is not responsible for losses caused by provider outages, network conditions, schedule changes, or reliance on delayed information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the app, purchases, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
